| PumpingMuscle worked with John near his home a few days before his first bodybuilding contest in the spring of 2006. A NCAA D-I college wrestler, John hung up his singlet after competing since childhood to concentrate on developing his physique. We worked with him again in south Florida a few days prior to his competing in the 2009 NPC Southern States where he took in the light heavyweight class.
